Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice has launched its new Christmas campaign “Wish Upon Your Star.”

The purpose of the campaign is to help make the charity’s wish come true this Christmas by raising the funds to support local families whose precious child has recently died and families for whom this may be their last Christmas together.

Everyone who supports the ‘Wish Upon Your Star’ campaign through a donation will receive their own star which they can make their wish on and hang it either on their own tree, on one of the trees in the charity’s ten stores or at Russell House.

To get involved and make your own wish upon your star, supporting local children and families this festive season, you can visit any of the charity’s stores, donate online (at www.forgetmenotchild.co.uk) and quote ‘Wish upon your star’ or come along to one of our Christmas carol concerts in Calderdale/Kirklees/Wakefield (see the website for dates/times).

You can also join in with the ‘Wish Upon Your Star’ campaign on Twitter, using the hashtag #WishUponYourStar and letting us know what your wish is this Christmas.
